Before launching Momo's Smokehouse, Maurice made his mark as a Chef Instructor at a school for special needs children and honed his skills in several prestigious restaurants.
His deep love for smokehouse-style cuisine inspired him to open Momo's Smokehouse at the Valencia Club in Penryn, where he shares his culinary artistry and brings his unique flavors to the community.
