A classically trained chef from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu, Maurice has dedicated his life to perfecting the art of smokehouse cuisine.
Before launching Momo's Smokehouse, Maurice shared his expertise as a Chef Instructor at a school for special needs children and worked in several prestigious restaurants. His love for smokehouse-style food and his desire to bring people together through food inspired him to open Momo's Smokehouse at the Valencia Club in Penryn.
